Hi folks,
It’s official! At the time of writing this there are 176 properties for sale on realestate.co.nz, the lowest level of listings I have ever seen in my 12 years of real estate in Upper Hutt.
I have found myself down to 3 available listings after selling everything else I’ve had. Quite simply I need more listings and I have a large database of buyers looking to buy TODAY!
