Why sell your Silverstream property through Steve Slicker?

The answer is easy!

When you need a great Silverstream real estate agent, who you gonna call? Steve Slicker! He works with Tommy's Real Estate and has a terrific knowledge of the Upper Hutt property market, having sold a number of properties not just in Akatarawa but across the whole of the Hutt Valley, including Trentham, Silverstream, Wallaceville, Heretaunga and Silverstream, too.

Steve says, "the main difference I offer is the belief that real estate is more service than sales, with both vendors and buyers being comfortable in the knowledge that they are working with a thorough and professional individual, with nothing being too much trouble."

So what's the secret to Steve's success? It’s very simple, really. “The harder I work, the luckier I get”, Steve says.

If you are looking to sell your Akatarawa property and looking for an agent who will deliver a superior service and can back it up with a proven track record of success then call Steve today. Steve believes real estate is more about providing a service rather than about mere sales, and that if that service is provided well and the process is followed then he guarantees the sale will definitely happen.

Steve Slicker: Winner of the Margo Macauley memorial Supreme Agent Trophy

In 2017 Steve is the first recipient outside of Tommy's Wellington office to be awarded The Margo Macauley memorial Supreme Agent Trophy. What makes this even more special is that Tommy’s salespeople are consistently among the highest performing sales team in terms of sales per salesperson in New Zealand across all brands. So, to be recognised as the best of the best is truly special. Steve has won the top agent for the office every year since.

But that's not really surprising: Steve Slicker has been working in Real Estate since 1995 training with Bushells, a real estate company in West London before moving to Barnard Marcus in early 1997 becoming the top selling agent for 3 consecutive years 1997, 98 and 99. (Top out of 200 agents over 47 offices) In 2000 Steve opened the Tate Partnership Real Estate office with his business partner in Chiswick, West London before selling up in 2002 to move to New Zealand with his then wife and young family.

In November 2003 Steve joined Tommy’s Real Estate, by his 2nd year he was Tommy’s Top Selling’ agent in Upper Hutt. Steve was head hunted by the world’s largest real estate company where he worked for one year and was ranked 18 in New Zealand at his time of leaving to re-join Tommy’s in April 2007.
